Provide intensive, in-home and community-based therapy and case management services to youth with serious emotional disturbance (SED) and their families in Lorain County.
Flexible schedule in response to client and family needs. Will include some evenings & weekends and on-call rotation.
Requires a master's degree in social work or counseling with a current license. Independent license preferred. Minimum of three (3) years experience providing intensive services to children and families with complex needs. Candidates should posses a valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus!
