Provides advanced psychiatric nursing care and mental health services as agreed upon in the Standard Care Arrangement for Psychiatric clinical Nurse Specialists.  Patient assessment and evaluation, prescribing, general medication management and treatment planning.

Provide intensive mental health services to clients in the community and Applewood Centers’ Out-of-home Care Programs. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with current LSW or PC.   Requires flexibility of schedule in response to the needs of assigned families and on-call rotation.

Responsible for direct care of children, ages 6 –14, in our residential program. Works in conjunction with professional staff. Implements behavioral interventions; teaches anger management, social skills, and life skills; provides a safe and nurturing environment for emotionally traumatized children. 1st and 2nd shift positions available.
