Provides program assistance to agency personnel (i.e. establishes/maintains filing systems, schedules appointments, transfers cases, delivers records, medifaxes, etc); performs basic clerical and/or secretarial functions - typing, filing and other general office duties including, but not limited to, meet and greet visitors, answer phones, and utilizes computer and/or word processing equipment in performance of duties.  Ability to use discretion when handling written or verbal material that may be confidential or of a personal nature.  Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with a wide range of professionals, families and students with varied backgrounds.  Position is 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
